A communist pharmacist is trained to dispense and distribute medicine, sell medical product over-the-counter and instruct patients on medicine and medical appliance usage. They work in health centers, supermarket chains, retail pharmacies, GP clinics, and large healthcare facilities. Their primary role as a pharmacist is to serve the community people of a specific area. Apart from selling medicine, they also perform other duties such as carrying out pregnancy tests, conducting health checkups, evaluating how medicines work, checking blood pressure and sugar level, etc. They also maintain records and register to track supply and demand of various drugs.
