Neuromodulation is a physiological process in which alterations or modulations of the nerve activity is done using technology. During the neuromodulation process, nerves are stimulated to produce a natural biological reaction or pharmaceutical agents are applied to the targeted area in small doses. It acts directly on the nerves helping to treat almost every disease from headaches to spinal cord damage. With increasing success rate of neuromodulation technology, the neuromodulation devices are in high demand. Hence, it is expected that the neuromodulation device industry is going to witness growth from $8.4 billion in 2018 to $13.3 billion by 2022.
